At Licensing Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
